INGREDIENTS

1 capsule espresso coffee (40 ml)
40 g vanilla ice cream
20 ml coffee liqueur
20 ml dark rum
Cocoa powder

PREPARATION

Cool a cocktail glass.
Add the ice cream, liqueur, rum and the espres- so in the mixer.
Shake it during 20 seconds.
Garnish with a thin layer of cocoa and serve.
