HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM OR ORDER?

We appreciate your business and look forward to do more in the future. If for whatever reason you no longer want a delicious cup of Bestpresso , you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Just send us an email to help@bestpresso.com  with your order details and we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label to return any unused product. Once we receive the return, we will refund 100% of your order
